This sculpted metal Hand of Fatima is a unique Moroccan creation handcrafted in the atelier of Master Slwak. Inspired by the ancient symbol of the protective hand, it serves as a decorative piece, jewelry holder, or modern talisman. Each hand is forged from either hammered brass or polished aluminum, shaped entirely by hand from wrist to fingertips.

The brass version is engraved with traditional floral motifs, giving it a warm, ornamental look. The aluminum alternative is more minimalist, with a smooth, contemporary finish. Resting on a stable triangular base, this piece finds its place on a shelf, desk, or console — a meaningful accent for any interior.

  • Hammered brass or polished aluminum
  • Height: approx. 30 cm
  • Triangular base for added stability
  • Use: decorative sculpture or jewelry holder
  • 100% handcrafted in Morocco

Symbolic design

Used for centuries across North Africa and the Middle East, the open hand is a universal emblem of protection and openness. Here, it's reinterpreted through the lens of Moroccan craftsmanship — both a decorative sculpture and a subtle spiritual object.

Engraved by hand

Each detail — from fingertips to wrist creases — is carefully sculpted and engraved by hand. The brass version features ornate patterns inspired by nature, while the aluminum remains sleek and understated.

Two finishes available

Choose between warm-toned hammered brass and cool, polished aluminum. Both options are durable, stable, and handcrafted without molds or industrial presses.

Functional and decorative

Place it in an entryway, bedroom, or meditation space. Use it to hold rings and bracelets — or simply enjoy it as a statement piece that sparks curiosity and conversation.

And there's more to come…

FAQ

  • Are the motifs always the same? No, each hand is unique — the patterns depend on the artisan’s inspiration.
  • Is it heavy? The brass model is denser, but both versions are stable and easy to move.
  • How do I clean it? Use a soft cloth. Brass will naturally develop a patina over time, adding character.
