Online Medina is not a typical online store. It is a digital medina — a living space of discovery, cultural exchange, and handcrafted creations made from noble materials such as wood, hammered copper, woven wool, and genuine leather. Each piece is crafted by master artisans known for their exceptional expertise.

We work with no inventory. Nothing is pre-made or stored on shelves. Every item is handcrafted to order, created especially for you.

Some sizes appear as “standard sizes” simply because they are the most requested by our customers. But even these standard formats are built from scratch, fully handmade — our artisans do not keep any ready-made products.

We travel across Morocco — from Tangier to Lagouira — meeting artisans in their workshops, learning their techniques, and selecting the most authentic creations.

We take the time to study materials, working conditions, and the craftsmanship behind each piece. This hands-on approach allows us to build fair, long-term partnerships, far from industrial production or anonymous marketplaces.

Your suggestions — a pattern you love, a color you prefer, a region that inspires you — often guide our next searches and future collections.

Every creation is paid at a fair price, agreed together based on the time required, the materials used, and the complexity of the work — with no intermediaries and no price negotiations.

All artisans we collaborate with are certified by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social Economy, guaranteeing authenticity, quality, and respectful working conditions.
